Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's a very vague post to be honest, and you aren't very specific about what you are wanting advice on. To reboot a computer, you simply switch it off and then back on. However, maybe you could create a 'boot disk' on a computer that works, and then use this on the laptop

I think what the OP means is a reinstall not a reboot , and if it is a reinstall of the operating system you might have 2 options , the first one is to ring dell and ask them to send you a reinstall disk or the second one ,

If you have a restore partition you can restore you laptop to factory condition by following tutorial
    http://en.community.dell.com/forums/t/19245630.aspx

if you do restore your laptop to factory condition you will loose all of the data on the laptop including installed programmes and music movies etc unless you save your data to an external drive.
