You say Belgium has no culture, but I believe my country is an insight into Europe crammed into a tiny little area. Our culture is a mix of European. I'm happy with that. Better than being culturally reliant on the Brits.

i doubt very much if it is as multicultural as you say.

i don't know of anyone of any nationality thats ever moved or even holidayed in belgium.

I say it now I'm proud to be a Belgian. Proud to be from Brussels, the capital of Europe.:)

to be honest when you think of europe, you never really think of belgium or brussels. i just realised now from you post that belgium was one of the founder members. i always considered it one of those irrelevant european countries on par with norway or latvia or somewhere like that. you have nice chocolate though. lindt is my favourite.
What is the point of that County?? CARLOW!!!

I wouldnt say Norway is irrelevant, it is among the world leaders in offshore petroleum technology. Also I wouldnt try to be smart without checking my facts first
    Lindt is Swiss
. Belge boy was a troll, dont take any notice. Capitalization of the first letter of a sentance is my favourite.

maybe Leitrim but I can't really say I have seen much of it.

Jeasus as least your honest there.

I have to laugh at these sort of threads.... The same folk trot out a list of counties that are "****" but I bet if one was to push the same folk as to how many they've actually been in, I'd say very few. Logic defies how you can say a county is "****" if you've never been around it .

This really should be a "Ranting and Raving" thread.

Surly, :D what a great word. 'Jaysus there's some surly f*ckers in Westmeath!'

I'm from Westmeath, and I like that nobody has a clue where it is, or even if it is actually its own county or part of Meath or something.....we slip under the radar

First thing they taught me in school was the names and locations of the 32 counties of Ireland. For ANYONE to say they don't know where such and such a county is (in this day and age) should not be allowed to reproduce. And trust me, there are plenty people out there who can claim that retarded crown.

    Its Cork

    Reasons
    • A large percentage of the men are as cokey as gay porn.
    • Most of the Cork men ive met are physically confrontational (Rather like Aussies).
    • Their Hurlers and Footballers strike at the drop of a hat.
    • They're clannish as fu*k.
    • Cork ladies have big fake annoying voices. (Yaaaaaaaaa!)
    • Theyre bad winners.
    • Theyre sore losers.
And last and not least, ive never met a group of Cork people to disprove any of the above points.

to be honest, most of the country would prefer if those amateurs didn't play, instead of kicking up about it! there's plenty more that'd jump at the chance.
