    Tuesday is a Bank Holiday, so all Banks (and Post Offices are closed).

    Because Stephen's Day and the 27th are bank holidays, and since these fell on a weekend, the bank hols are monday and tuesday instead.

    Wha?:confused: today is also a BH. I see on me calender that yesterday was one but no mention of today been one. I am expecting something in the post and wondered why :confused:no post and my father went into town and certain places were closed. Now I know why:eek: Jaysus!!!

    to help out and to stop all further questions

    banks open 30th and 31st and then the 4th
    normal banking hours for call centres ie 9 to 5.30
    banks open till about 3.30 to 4.00 on 31st
