As the new year approaches, myself and the boyfriend have decided we need to get fit, and lose some weight in the process. We have decided that we dont have the willpower to do it on our own so would like to join some sort of classes. Does anyone have any ideas where we could find something fun, evening based and suitable for both men and women of questionable ability!?

We do not want to pay a fortune to join a gym so would prefer to pay per visit .

Why not join Carlow cycling club, they have beginner and leisure rides every Sunday morning.
