Looking at the table here, the N21 and the N22 roads appear to have temperatures above 0, but I would still be very careful - I haven't seen the roads themselves, so I don't know what they are like.

But going from Limerick to Killarney you would be on main roads most of the time, and I'd imagine that they'd be gritted if it was icy.
