A friend of mine is turning 18. im holding him a suprise party in dublin. i cant have it at home because it is too small. we're hoping for approximately 20 people and possibly a band but not nessacarily. the group do not usually go to pubs or clubs so this is not an option for the party. any body have any ideas. the more…
