    Hi all,

    I pm'd Ron Dmc and he has given me the go ahead to start a feeler thread for a local South side boards beers.

    As some of you know I'm new to the area so really interested in getting to know some people in the area.

    So this is a feeler or idea type thread where people can suggest when suits, where suits and any other ideas as to how the beers could take place/shape.

    I was thinking the end of Jan or sometime in Feb to aim for?

    A weekend maybe, probably a friday or saturday night?

    As for the where well I'm only new so someone more qualified could comment on that?

    Any other ideas for the event?

    I'll say yes, but it will depend when its on, trying to fit in a football career, college and a full time job with plenty of assignments isnt easy :)

    Well any ideas are welcome, this is just a thread to get ideas and general interest to see if there is even any point in organising it, lack of interest in it so far?

    I was thinking a fri or sat night end of Jan or start of Feb.

    Location I cant comment on because I cant even find my way around Monkstown yet!

    Only seeing this thread now. Yep, i'd be up for that, good for you to meet people in the area!

    I think helimachopter is talking about Sheehans (that's the one across from Tonic).

    Feb would suit me as I'm off the drink for January and the Ladies Lounge beers appear to be taking place on the 29th anyway (sober beers :()

    I think Blackrock is a good plan too!

    Will I be the only girl???

    Oooh, I might ask Shellyboo to come, she lives in Blackrock!

    I'm in as well.

    Suite 54 (above tonic) is another alternative as a nightclub as well if people don't want to venture all the way to Burn/ if people decide that Burn would be a **** location.
