:DHi there, Might be a bit early with this request but basically my sister and family are coming to Dublin from Oz for last week of June and 1st three weeks of July. They have been pricing short term lets but they are really expensive. Are there any enterprising landlords out there that would let for one month - they will need a clean modern two bed or larger, and they will be able to provide references deposit etc. Their budget is about 1,000 maximum
