What I would do:
Stay in www.malonelodgehotelbelfast.com they have apartments.

Malone is in the south side of the city, close to Botanic Avenue and the University so a young crowd.

Go to Laverys for a few and the Stiff Kitten. Really it depends on what music you're into, have a search of www.belfastbar.co.uk
