Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yes but if yoou are going to put such great stock in the fact Bolton are in the relegation zone at the moment then you can at least recognise how tight it is down there and that one point would take them out whilst a win would bring them as hgih as 13th/14th.

I take your point but seeing as they have played 18 and have 18 points logic would tell you on average they get 1 point a game. So if they got 2 points in their two games in hand they would be out of the relegation zone BUT they would also be 2 points away from they relegation zone which aint much!! So taking about bolton climbing to 13th place doesnt count for much if they arent far away from relegation doesnt mean too much.

you guys keep points out IF they win but they have havent won very much this season and teams at the bottom of the table are unlikely to get that win!

Ok so I will recognise its tight down there but that shouldnt be a good reason to keep a manager if no one if happy about where the team is

I think you have gone a little chicken and the egg there. You initially seemed to put alot of stock about the number assigned to their league position at Xmas.
There is no doubt they weren't happy but there is such a thing as being realistic.

I think Mugson has been treated harshly by Bolton, he's kept them up the past two seasons and to fire him now is just silly. That said, in a sort of sly way, i'm glad karma has caught up with him - he left Forest in League One sh*t and now he's been left in the sh*t by Wanderers. What comes around goes around. ;)
