'Letters to the editor' -esque thread?

    Is there a thread that would sort-of resemble a 'Letters to the editor' scenario?

    Just where you could voice your opinion on various things...can't really pin-point one at the moment. The only reason i'm asking is because sometimes a letter would get turned down but you think it's worth reading, it'd be nice to have somewhere to put it. :)
