I suggest you post this in the Wanted section on adverts.ie youd be more likely to get a response.
Dont think you can post these types of threads on boards.

I wouldnt go buying an ecu just yet :D Eml cud be anything could be something simple such as a miss fire or an oxygen sensor.Air bag light cud be due to a fulty air bag control unit( if toyotas have em).If the car is running perfectly what makes you think it needs an ecu  Have you tryed asking a mechanic;) First things first get a diagnostic done (shudnt cost much) find out why the lights are staying on.Then go about fixing them.It really baffels me why some people try to make there own diagnosis on problems with there cars

I would suggest that you get the faults diagnosed and then rectify the faults. Replacing the ECU is absolutely pointless unless you have done this.

No to mention that if you replace the ecu, what about your immobilizer? If you car is the earlier toyota type of immobilizer (the one with the gray master key) then the immobilizer ecu is inside the engine ecu and you will have to replace the key's locks and ecu all together (about 800/1200 new from a dealer)
The best thing to do is to bring it to a good garage and let them fix it(it'll work out cheaper in the end!!).try not to drive to much with the eml light on as it might damage the cat if the car is running rich or anything like that.
    Best of luck with it!!!!!

No, try bringing it to someone with the correct diagnostic equipment to check what fault codes are present and go from there.

    Ok the ECU codes are:

    89666-12020

    175200-3961 12v

    3ZZ-FE M/T

Just wondering do all the above codes have to be matched exactly for the ECU to work?
