Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Guy's.
I got a present of a Sony STR-DH800. Now i had Sony 5.1 Speaker system already and i managed to connect all the other speakers to the system bar the Subwoofer. The unit for some reason has a stereo connection while the SW takes the -/+ Copper cables.
My question is, where can i get an adapter for this or can i rip up a normal stereo cable to get this working?

Not with out running into a few problems. The new Sony is rigged for an "active" sub-woofer not a "passive" sub woofer.
In the shortest possible answer no,your going to have to find an "active" sub-woofer to connect to the AMP
(This will need to conect via the RCA / Phono port on the back and be self powered )
