I am looking to get a digital camcorder and wondering where would offer the best value. I am also wondering what kind of camcorder would one need to record high quality video that looks more professional than amateur? Thanks

Your thinking of a semi-pro or prosumer camcorder.

If it was me I'd likely research on the net then look around to find a competitive price.
