    I'm hoping others (much more skilled than myself) will pick up the torch again on this thread. I'm not a big photography person but like trying to take nice pics every now and again, and really enjoyed the offerings in this thread. Mine are usually of people, so I don't expect to have too many to add to this thread.

    Shame to see so many dead links. Some of the pictures, particularly the streetscape ones, would provide nice little time capsules for future reference.

    The demise of Pix.ie has a lot to do with the dead links I think.

    Forgot about this thread, it's been a while, but yes it would be good to get it going again. Will try and dig some recent-ish ones of mine out and post them.

    I don't think so. This is looking south west. Loughcrew is more North Westerly from Trim!

    the hill in the distance is SW of Trim by about 40km. It is Croghan Hill near Rhode in Co Offaly
