Basically, we're not gonna fight over who gets what role, we all have the same goal, to make sure he wins!! No real opposition tho, just have to beat the FF'ers!!

It's ok, both other candidates are secretly the same person so it shouldn't be a problem

    Pat de Brun for C&C.

I realise I'm on boards, so I'm meant to hate all candidates, but he's a hero.

I heard that he rescued a bus full of children and nuns and child nuns from falling off a cliff while running a successful business that designs and manufactures to scale plastic models (6" to Lifesize) of Senator David Norris.

Well he was Law PRO this year, and I was in law. So he was fairly involved in running all the events and ****, helping our rep with our trips and just being around. But if you guys wanna hate everyone who thinks being on the SU is a good idea, thats fine.

He helped class reps shit? Surely he would be better suited running for welfare?

Pity you couldn't spell the most popular man in UCD's name right. ;)

I was literally about to say Ron Paul before i saw this poster(and apparently said it anyway) but yeh, thats the man for the job alright.

I can honestly say that i have made use of none of the SU services, they just seem like an irritating waste of time and money tbh. Dont mind the student assistance fund or anything like that but definitely agree about splitting ents off.

The rights of the word "Jonny Cosgrove" has been acquired by Disney Inc. and as such I couldn't use it or risk copyright vialation.

I like Johnny but "the most popular man in UCD"... really? Dont you mean the most popular man in hack circles. Perhaps the other "candidate" didnt think that being a member of a left wing organisation promoting student rights wasnt for him. Anyway I need to get my two cent in on the entire election (not just ents).

    my predictions:

    Paul lynam

    Scottie

    Jonny cosgrove

I hope colm get C&C I don't think pat de brun is the guy for the job,I thoughht he'd go for ents

education: James williamson,I don't think logue is that popular of a candidate

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,880 ✭✭✭Raphael

Man, if there's someone running for something and claiming to be "the most popular man on campus" I'm voting for something else on principle.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,572 ✭✭✭WeeBushy

I think I should point out that it wasn't Jonny Cosgrove who called himself the most popular man in UCD, it was SU Bookie.

Don't know why I feel I should point that out though... It's not like I care who wins either way. Guess I'm just a pedant at heart.

I'll put it up here, after actually getting to talk to james williamson today,he is actually a pretty good candidate for education,he's actually got some plans for changes that can be implemented

and before someone goes on a rant of how I'm a union fanboy, you can look through my previous posts on the subject,I'm in the SU,I can say it's not anything like the way they try and pass it off as.

Anyone going to run a "Vote RON" campaign this year? I'll poster if you want a pair of hands
