Irish Vehicle VRM Feed

Does anyone know of any companies that supply VRM xml feeds for Irish Vehicle Number plates. The same as cdlvis do for the UK. They do not offer the same services for Irish plates as I am just off the phone to them. I see that Quinndirect and motorcheck have access. Who provides them??
