Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sony A230 €60 Cash Back offer

    I bought my first SLR today :) . . . a Sony A230.

I was looking at the camera in Currys, Blanchardstown SC and they had a sign up saying €60 cashback with the camera. I tried to buy it there but they only had the display model in stock so they told me that PC world had a few left. I went over but there was no sign saying €60 cash back. I bought the camera there anyway and asked the manager (I think it was a manager) if they did the cashback too. He said i just have to register with Sony to get it.

When i got home, i tried to find where to apply for the cashback but there is no mention of cashback on the sony website.

A few Googles gave me this:

    http://www.sony.co.uk/res/attachment/file/48/1237476804548.pdf

But this is all i can find. The PDF also says offer expires 30 December 09 (which was yesterday)

Has anybody managed to get this CashBack? If i send away the form and nothing happens, should i go back to PC World and see if they will sort it out?!

    Thanks.
