How crap are OPW

    Hi everyone

    Not sure if you have noticed but just drove thru the park and smashed an alloy on pot holes in there. Its a joke the road, the bloody closed the place for 11 weeks? and they done nothing to upgrade the road apart from put in a sh*t roundabout any normal persom could have put in within a week. The place is mental with pot holes and I actual seen them before Crimbo with a tractor and just filling in bits, what a f**king joke? who are paying these wasters?

    Where is my compo for alloy? if I killed a deer you would have the whole lot of them running after me! wasters! f**king wasters!!!

    Sorry to hear that- whats opw? Potholes everywhere now with the cold weather- councils say theyv no money to fix them either after the gritting!

    I assume by park you mean "Phoenix" and not "Croke" or Fota Wildlife.....

    yes, the roads in there are a mess, poorly maintained. They have been trying to put a oneway system in place for at least two years....

    In fairness to the OPW, I suppose it is a national park and not really meant to carry the through traffic that "rats" through it every day or use it as a park and ride for the luas at Heuston during week days...

    No fairness, they have buses running now in park etc and aload of crap but have done nothing. they closed the place down for 11 weeks(sorry if mistaken on number of weeks) and caused havoc on traffic and what did we end up with? a crap roundabout! these people are been paided by tax so I am paying them, someone needs to answer questions!

    Oh yeah comment above, OPW, Office of Public Works, owns everything in Phonnix park, roads and everything, offices are in the park!!

    Oh yeah not going against public sector, GF in public sector, but OPW are a waste of space

    charge over inflated prices, sorry thats not fair, charge ridiculous prices for jobs and take 10 years to get the job done. could be disbanded immediately and the country would run smoother. basically they waste money...
