Tiers - Do they matter to you?

Bleeding in from a number of other threads, tier listings are a huge concern and will always be a big point of contention. My take is that at my level they matter not jot. What pluses yoU might gain from picking a top tier character are nullified through over exposure even if I pick a 'low' tier character. My point being,…

OT for a minute- but I get alot of people asking why I do the air back breaker instead of the air throw with Guile. Simple answer is my hand automatically charges down back as soon as I jump!

I think all Guile needs to make an impression on the tier list is a buffed FK and a couple of useful Ultra set ups. Maybe a tiny bit more lenient timing for his b n b combos (they're so tight that I can get into the habit of doing them online or doing them offline, but never both.)
