    Hi,

Im looking to find the best place in town to arrange dinner with friends first ..not too expensive, an early bird menu would be great.

Then followed by drinks afterwards, prob a late night pub (not the bailey!), somewhere where theres a good atmosphere and a bit of craic!

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

Hi ya, went to a new restaurant the other night. Thinks its called the Wild goose, where le cheile used to be, on north main street. The food was really nice and reasonable too, there is also a full bar there. And the best thing is that you dont have to pay for extra portions. Its not too far to walk to costigans or the classic for drinks after.

How about the Cornstore? It does a nice early bird menu, E25 for three courses and is central enough.
