Nice to see these old rockers get some recognition .:)

Status Quo was recently named as Britain’s hardest-working band playing to more than 250,000 fans at 27 arenas in 2009. They have a combined total of 415 weeks in the British singles chart, and have sold more than 118 million records worldwide.


I have seen tham 4 times in concert ,first time was at Dalymount park in the mid 80s and remember the Live Aid concert at Wembly when they were the opening act and got the crowd on their feet ,while also finding a whole new generation of fans .They have come a long way since they used to be described as a head banging act ,anything but and their concerts are sell out all over Europe .

The time I saw them was 1984 in Milton Keynes... Still love them to this day.
My wife dispairs at the 150+ CDs I have. and my endless looking over Ebay for more!

Great band!

Still, for me though, they were never the same after the classic lineup of Rossi, Parfitt, Lancaster, Coughlan & Bown split up in the early '80s.

Rock 'n Roll is a great underrated track of theirs & the last, I believe to be released with the '70s lineup.
