    I know ppl arent allowed to recommend one , which i think is silly but can a reccomendation be pm'ed to me? if anyone has one. would be helpful. would be willing to travel a bit further

    You local directory may supply you with some direction for example, alcohol, bereaevment, general counselling services etc in your area. That's the best I can do for you apart from suggesting checking the stickie on it for contact details for professional bodies, they can direct you to someone near you.

    Edit:

    The other suggestion would be to ask your GP for a referral.
