Shower Bath

Folks, I’ll be tackling my bathroom soon, including a new w.c., sink and bath (with pumped thermostatic mixer). The room is very small, and the existing bath is 1700 x 700 mm. So I don’t have enough room to install a modern P-shaped shower bath. So I’m looking for a bath the same dimensions as the existing bath, but with a flat floor and vertical sides (as distinct from curved sides, which are great if you are using it as a bath, but a real pain if you are trying to stand in it while showering).
Is such an ‘animal’ available?. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Regards, and Happy New Year.

You might find it hard to find a bath like you mention, sounds to square to me. Most baths are made in molds, very hard to make a sealed bath without curves if you get me. Straight edges are not to safe while using bath for obvious reasons. I've seen some shower bath combination's, shower end of bath bells out @ shower side. If you look hard enough you'll find something but going the square route might lead to a dead end.

    Instead of
    shower-bath-R.gif
you can go with a tub with door, mostly for OAPs and often has a seat in the tub

There is is actual specialist baths that are square they are dear though. You will find them in up market bath showrooms. Bette the german bath manufacturer makes on. I cant think of the name of the bath at the moment. Google them.

As regards the P baths having installed them in the smallest of places i can tell you if there is the slightest room they can be made fit. Some of the "p" are not so pronounced. PM me for a contact on "P" baths if you are interested. Give me your location.
