Green Bin freebie?

The Green bin was emptied on Thursday but they didn't take the tag. It might have been an error, anyone else get a freebie?

i'd say it was an error.its happened me on the odd occasion and once or twice they came really early, even for black bin and i hadn't had a chance to get to the shop for a tag and they've still taken it
