Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anyone been able to book their nct online, just tried using reg and date of first registration... getting "No information found for your search"

    I tried it before christmas with same details and it worked fine.... but it wasn't displaying any vacancies in 2010 presumably because of the change of contractor.

    Any idea what's up?

    tried the online booking again... it spat out: "This booking occurs in the past."
    and gave in-depth details of the 2008 nct test results.

    i tried ringing them... no one picking up... just rings out.

    the awarding of this contract was announced this time last year... surely they've had plenty of time to get their systems in place.
