Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone recommend a product that is good for getting rid of eyelash glue residue?

I use the girls aloud brand, which I find great, but am left with small globs of glue around my eyes which are terribly hard to remove.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Theres a lash bar in The Powerscourt Townhouse which specialize in false eyelashes etc but they sell a remover which I find very good.

Are you sure you're not putting too much glue on? You shouldn't have any residue after you remove them..you only need a tiny amount of glue on the base of the false lash.

Thanks for reply. No, not putting on too much glue. Have been using them for about four years now on and off so well used to them. I remember when you could only get them in mac, so loving the girls aloud ones. It's just small globs I get around the base of my eyelashes.

By the same token, I'd like to find something that might dissolve the glue from the lashes so I can re-use them more.

baby oil applied to a cotton bud and lightly rubbed along the lashline where the glue is stuck should loosen it up.

You can get the glue of the lashes using an oily eye make up remover
