    Come and gone in Dublin 05. Some beautiful flakes for a good half hour but only leaving a minor dusting on top of the road ice with the rest melting away :mad:

    Rougies please confirm that it's still snow were getting and not rain as i'm hearing an unpleasant dripping noise and im lacking a lampost outside my bedroom window!!

    Just walked home from the pub, didn't see a single flake and not a cloud in the sky.

    Its been chucking it down here for the last 25 mins (Lamb's cross, South Dublin. elev 200m ASL) Enniskerry road, almost completely white. heavy-ish mixed large and small flakes at first - now small wet flakes, wind picking up aswell.

    Was thinking the same, I'd say they will drop shortly... Dublin airport was showing -1 earlier and now 0c as of 3am and snow showers, only went up 1c during precip so should drop.

    Just started...............raining in Carlow town, bit of sleet mixed in, seems heavy enough! :). Hope it changes soon, DP 0c and air 1c, thats close enough surely?! :rolleyes:

    It was drizzle for a while but now its back heavier than before! :)
