district court appeals applications ?

    if you've been refused a licence for a firearm and want to appeal the decision , where do you apply to ? do you visit the district court itself or is there forms available online for the application before the 30 days are over ?
    how do you go about it ?

    form 100.1 is what you need can be got online at courts.ie .contact willie egan he is handling mine and has his eye on the ball
