download team viewer and let someone in the know fix it remotely.
Dvdfan might be willing to help if he fancies 100 quid

Contact fabio@holdemmanager.net; he will come on to you're pc and sort everything out for you, and it will cost you nothing.

If you're gonna pay somebody to come on your PC I think you should gt him out to your house so you can at least watch.

Fabio will work on you're pc through teamviewer and you can see everything he does. I had him sort mine out a while back and no problems, someone on here recommended him, cant remember who but its the job the way he can work on you're pc through the teamviewer.

i had the same problem with pt3 trying to set it up on my new laptop something to do with the database. so after 2 weeks of googling and asking in the tech section on here i contacted support and they set up an appropiate time for me, and one of their engineers accessed my computer and presto 10mins later its fixed.

just ring or e-mail support and they will sort iot for you

I have only started using Holdem Manager and Poker Tracker ( taking advantage of the free trials), but once I have finished the trial I will definitely buy Holdem Manager. After a short period of time you really do find it useful. I would imagine a most of the winning on-line cash players here use it.

Well in my limited usage I would say HEM has more to it. In HEM you can find out easily what other players have 3 & 4 bet pre flop. I dont see any sign of this in Poker Tracker v3.
Both are very customisable. Here in terms of understanding what all the stats mean you would do worse then taking a look at the trial version of Poker Crusher which has its own database.

    Are these windows 7 machines?

There is a service you have to enable to get PostgreSQL to install. I cannot remember which one but it will tell you during the install.

They can be accessed by running services.msc from the run command.

If you break it... it's not my fault :P
