    Saw a grey Ford Focus 10 Dl yesterday between Donegal and Inver and a jeep 10 D outside Kellys Frosses, il have mine in about 10..............years

    haven't seen any i'd say alot of people are waiting on the bad weather to go before picking up their new car , i drive a 95 i keep telling my self its from the future and no one else has one ha ha ha :D

    If I was investing in a new car now, or even in past years I would not get DL anyway as it is an automatic devaluation compared to a D reg.!

    Alot of garages locally register prestige vehicles with D registrations for example as they have better resale value due to stigma, less chance of getting stolen in Dublin and better resale value. Hence why someone probably saw a new vehicle with D plates in a Mountcharles Garage.

    Depends who is buying I suppose. If I was buying second hand car in Donegal I'd be more suspicious of one registered outside the county.

    And I wouldn't take a present of a D reg. Imagine being mistaken for a Dub:D

    At the moment roughly about 100 '10 DL' have been registered.
    At my work we make car No.plates, and highest no. made today was 10 DL 287, considering that the first 200 are held back for Flash Gits.

    Up to 1071 as of today, as I make no.plates at my place of work.
    Busy week, made 970 last week, so roughly 100 cars in a week, who says there's no money out there?:)
