Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey guys, just wondering, my little brother has an xbox arcade bought a few months back and when you insert a game, open tray appears instead of loading the game, would this have to be sent back to M$ or is there an easy fix for this?

If it's under warranty then you can bring it back to the shop you purchased it in for a new console. You don't have to get it sent back to Microsoft. It is probably the laser that has failed. Swapouts can be done, but should only be attempted after trying to get a warranty replacement from a shop, or a warranty repair from MS

Mine always says open tray, with a pic of the X button... The A button loads the game... There is a settign if you mess around, I don't know offhand for 'always load on disc' or something similar.... Sorry so vague, someone with an xbox to hand might know!

From the biggest Xbox fan I'd recommend a PS3 for your bro! I hate to say it but the thing is made of sellotape and spit.

Ah, he decided to hit it and it started working again.... :pac: Nevermind :D

Oh and he's not going to get a PS3 because he just uses all of my xbox games
