Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lexmark Z2300 printer won't print! Help!

Hi everyone, I was just wondering could anyone help me out with a problem that I have with my printer.
It's a Lexmark Z2300 and anytime I try to print a page it says that there is no comunication between the printer and laptop. I tried all the suggestions it mentions, like switching off the printer, restarting the computer, etc. I've also tried using different USB cable leads or whatever they're called (sorry I'm not great with computers! ;)).
The weird thing is it worked a couple of times at the beginning but now never prints. I think the part where you connect the USB lead is loose and I don't know if that's the problem.
I'd appreciate any suggestions and thanks in advance!

guess you have to try a new cable and get back to us. I'm sure most people will have a usb cable they can lend you like that they're fairly common. go to device manager and see if at least it's picking it up there (even if it's not registering what it is exactly)

I tried searching for the printer and the usb cable in device manager but it wasn't there. It's not a problem with the cable because it works for other things. I just thought maybe because where you connect the cable in the printer is loose that that was the problem but I don't know if that can be fixed. Thanks for your help though.
