Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi guys
we recently completed the 1st stage of our house, ie all the block work, windows & external doors, roof slated and guttering & facia. its allso chased for electrics.

so the shell of the house is completed . (we had a little break last month on the birth of our 1st child biggrin.gif)

we are trying to get things moving on the house front again and im looking for some guidance on what comes next

we plan on putting in the following technologies
    heat exchanger
    underfloor heating
    geothermal
    air tightness
    cavity pumping

so if anyone has any suggestions on what comes next on the build, id appreaciate it.
    Thanks

theres a myriad of different threads already existing on this topic.

either use the search tool, or look through the "stickied" threads such as:

    live self builds
    things id wish id done
    house that boards built

    etc....
