Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Frozen Water - Slatted Sheds

Apart from the dodgy roads, the only other impact of the frost for me is that the water troughs in the slatted shed are empty. I brought water (with barrells) in there last night and suprisingly they weren't that thirsty. I guess the silage keeps them somewhat hydrated.

How is everyone else faring out with this problem.

my troughs frozen as well, i find if i feed this years silage they hardly drink anywater but if I give them some older stuff which is practically haylage then i cant keep water into them, its a pain, then when the water does come back it usually cracks a few t fittings or causes a leak somewhere

I just rob the kettle off the top of the range and run it on the pipe and fittings going into the troughs ;)
