Its MLM or Network Marketing if you will, the domain itself seems to feature in spam on my personal blog a lot. Technically not a scam from the 30 second skim read looks like they will sell you a course on how to make a webpage, then using adsense (ie. placing Google adwords) you can earn revenue. All this information is already free on the web but they've re-packaged it and may have some pyramid system to get new people involved (sorry couldnt be bothered reading the whole proposal).

In my opinion, can you make money, sure; Will it make you rich, very very unlikely.

If you want to try that approach of making money here's how to do it (and i wont charge you a penny haha):

Start a webpage or blog about a topic your interested in and lots of people are likely to read, add google adsense. If you can get a few hundrew thousand people reading your blog and clicking on the ads then you can make a few quid.
