is my gtx 260 dead??

    hey guys,

    long time since I've posted here...

    I was hoovering out all the dust from my PC earier on there, and after I had finished, it wont turn on again. I checked all connections and I dont see anything obvious, i then even rebuilt the thing but still no joy.

    The fan on my graphics card isnt spinning at it seems as though the graphics card is the failure point. (no signal to monitor either)

    does any body have any ideas on anything else i can try? i can try putting the gfx card in another pc, but itl be tuesday before i can do that.

    (card is still under warrenty by the way)
