Is NTL down for anyone at the moment?

My NTL 10m/b broadband is down in Dublin 24 area at the moment :( Is it down for anyone else? I talked to support and they went through a few things with me and no luck. Then eventually said, reboot the modem in an hour and try again. Maybe the cables are frozen ;-) It looks like my machine isn't getting an IP.
