Most pharmacies in the city would have them.

Unicare pharmacy in the Jetland has one anyway, and i think there is one in the main part of the shopping centre there beside the passport photo machine.

The machine in Jetland by the stairs is gone. I found one in the late night pharmacy on the Dock Rd beside the roundabout.
