i worked in an o'briens sandwich bar for nearly two years and we got free lunches so i spent blissful lunches concocting the most amazing sandwiches.

i think my favourite was hot chargrilled chicken, mayo, a little bit of pesto, roast peppers, sweetcorn and rocket. YUM.

however now that i don't have a whole sandwich shop at my disposal i'd have to say my fave sandwich is probably ham, cheese and relish, nyom nyom nyom.

Bakery fresh white bread, green pesto, hot chicken breast straight from Super Quinn, thinly sliced red onion, sun dried tomatoes, rock salt, buffalo mozzarella.

Bakery fresh white bread, deli coleslaw from M&S, roast beef.

Cheap white bread, butter, Kearns sausages, split in half, and a cuppa tae.

Tuna melt on bakery white, with melted mozzarella on top.
