Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

computer not working

    i have a computer that isnt working properly. however when i start it in safe mode it works ok does that mean its a windows os or software problem?

    You have not supplied us with enough information to answer your question.
    What happens when you try to start the computer normally?
    What changed recently? Did you install / uninstall software or hardware recently.
    How has your computer been recently - normal? slow?
    What operating system are you using?

    When you enter Safe mode you have an option to use system restore. try restore to a date where your computer worked.

    it broke down about 6 months ago. At that time i had no new hardware on it but im not sure if i had new software on it. it went went off one day and wouldnt turn back on. i never bother leaving it into fixed because the same thing happened about a year or 2 before and it took them ages to fix it(at that time it weas the graphics card). if turn on the computer normally it crashes once it gets to the windows logon screen or if it gets past that it will only stay on for about 20 minutes and then it goes off. if i enter safe mode it wont sturn off

    I will try to restore it to an earlier time
