Or am I the only moron who missed it/didn't read an email about it?

Super useful - I've been crying out for this for years!

    What the?! That's brilliant.

See, this is exactly the kind of thing that annoys me. Great service available, yet you'd never, never ever know it was there. Why bother make it at all if you're going to keep it a secret?

There is a serious communications problem in this college. You've been able to print from your own laptop in the library/PACR since the summer, yet we only heard about it recently and buried in an email at that. There should be a few big signs up in the library and PACR at least.

We got an e-mail about the timetable thing before college started in September, how else did you know your timetable? And they e-mailed us soon after the exam timetables were out, about the exam timetable feature. I thought they seemed to make quite a big deal about the wireless printing thingy in the arts block but maybe that's just because I happened to be there. I think it was mentioned in a few e-mails though.

I want the old timetables back!

Just saying: a big link on nuim.ie - the page that eveeryone sees when they log in on campus - would be nice.

At the moment it's nuim.ie - > Academic and exam timetable -> ''Student'' (wtf?!) -> 3 levels of security.

My bad, just PACR. Although I'm pretty sure my friend Fran printed wirelessly in the library before. I could be wrong.

Cool wednesday and friday off next semester.

Yes you can definatly print wirelessy in the library, but I'm not sure if it;s available to any laptop that wanders in or weither you need to do it from one of the library's own laptops.

Potential as well if we get the blonde yoke to join.

    Blonde? *Glances around*

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 210 ✭✭leopoldbloom

If the blonde yoke joins this will basically turn into the Music Mafia headquarters. No bad thing, mind.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,487 ✭✭✭banquo

Was just thinking that. I'd say music students make up about 40% of the regular posters here.
