    well i have a 1990 box shape vtec civic just wondering wen it will be excempt from nct and be considered classic/vinatge?

    30 years old for classic tax/nct exemption
    20 years old for classic insurance (you must be over 25)

    I think by the time its exempt from the NCT it will have to do one under new regulations.

    Love the EF models, I looked into this a while back too but was put off for one reason or another think it may have been that I wasn't over 25 or I think there is a limit of a few thousand miles per year don't know exactly,
    Let us know if you find out any more,
