Pubs/clubs with Rock bands

not sure if this is the correct place for this, but here goes. I play in a 5 piece rock covers band, we are trying to expand and get more gigs in other counties. We cover u2, chilies, Thin lizzy, KOL...... usual pub list really. would be a great help, thanks!

You willing to travel as far as Louth? Some great pubs in Drogheda that give opportunities to good cover bands, the likes of McHughs, McPhails and even Fusion niteclub. In Laois, not sure where the best spots are for cover bands.

There are a few pubs in Portlaoise that have some good rock cover bands. The Square Bar is probably the best for bands since they added the stage out back. Lethean, Kavanaghs, Cloisters and Barmondays would be good bets too.
