    There was a report about that lake (?) on Newstalk, Gardai were telling people to keep off it for their own sake. Presenter made light of it, saying how hard it was to resist the urge to go on the ice. Totally irresponsible IMO, sent in a text, surprise surprise it wasn't read out!

    no heard nothing about the dog,,i was up there the other day visiting my mam,and to be honest i knew some one or something was going to go in,,,the ice is very thick in places but you couldn't trust it every where.Poor dog i hope he got out:(
