Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

    I have the following:
Humax Foxsat HDR and a Targa DVD HDR to record SD on either machine.
2nd Targa DVD HDR set up in other rooms with Sky subscription
3rd Targa DVD HDR in bedroom with old sky box used as FTV.
I also have 2 media players a 500 GB Argossy and a 320 GB ATMT

Unfortunately the HDDs are all starting to get temperamental and will only archive to DVD RW and not standard DVD R+

Now as I archive a lot of material and take material with me when I travel I am looking to simplify the whole system. I dont want to convert files as this takes time.

I would like to archive the Humax to an external media player and be able to play back directly to a TV. I would replace the other DVD HDR machines with Multimedia recorders in time. Ability to put all on wifi network would be an advantage.

The Popcorn Hour (or equivalent) will do it for you.
