Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just think how many goals Birmingham would be up by if Babbel was in that team ;)

United are getting better, Fergie's right not to make any changes just yet. Although since i've posted that they've reversed.

All jokes aside this United side is a shadow of the sides from the last few years. Amazing how losing one player can change the fortunes of a club.

    Terrific commitment by Birmingham there.

That's twice he's called a handball ''very harsh''.

WTF are you thinking? If you raise your hands in the air then it's not fúcking harsh if a handball is given against you when the ball hits your hand ffs!!!!

Diouf should be on, he's used to these low temperatures by now.:pac:

Loads of time left, and they seem to have become more urgent sooner than usual in this type of situation.:)

A lot of stray passes there from united.

    I've a feeling when it's 0-0 after 64 minutes I'll be typing 'Diouf please' :D:D

    Ahem!

Does SAF even care if we win? Should really be making a sub now to bring on a 2nd striker.

That man was papering over serious cracks in the Utd team for the last 2 seasons.

The 2 seasons we won 2 titles, the CL, the World Club championship and reached another CL final?

A lot has happened aside from Ronaldo leaving - the defence has crumbled, for one.

Did Valencia really cost 18m ?

Tevez is a bigger loss than most United fans will admit.

This really is a pitiful performance.

That said we probably have maybe four or five players on the field good enough to wear the jersey.

and by the wayim starting to think the internet is playing a huge part in destroying football.

Dont think we should go down that road! Not watching this game now - streams bad, but I know that this United team hasnt a hope of winning the league.

    Money on Chelsea now

Cameron Jerome was offered the chance to put the game to bed and was all like, "nah man, cheers". Awesome.

on the goal though - it was right to be given. Not offside imo. Looked to me that the United player was in line when Evra hit it towards goals. Correctly given, but not deserved imo.

A lot has happened aside from Ronaldo leaving - the defence has crumbled, for one.

Over the last few seasons Ferguson has become more and more defensive as a coach.
Away from home in Europe Utd are a bore ,last season they won the league primarily on that run where they didnt concede a goal in 13 matches and ground out 1-0 wins mostly relying on one moment of brilliance from Ronaldo.
That defensive performance could never be maintained and Utd evolved from an attacking free flowing side to a largely blunt defensive side lacking any cutting edge.
One they sold Ronaldo and never made any attempt to replace him or sign a creative midfielder the writing was on the wall.
It pains me to say it but this Utd team are a bore.

similar to first half, but other way around. was just thinking Birmingham were going to regret not putting away too really good chances to get the second.

Nothing wrong with goal, don't blame linesman for putting flag up though, he thought Rooney was just off and Rooney wheeled away as if he had knocked it in.

It's a good goal, never offsife but it still hides the fact United are looking aimless.

Fergie either needs to act fast or act during the summer, i expect big things over the next 8 months signing wise.
