Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

All jokes aside this United side is a shadow of the sides from the last few years. Amazing how losing one player can change the fortunes of a club.

Yep we sure miss Cristiano Carlos Rio Nemanja Edwin Tevez Ferdinand Vidic Van der Sar Ronaldo a lot more than I would have thought to be honest.

It pains me to say it but this Utd team are a bore.

If teams are going to play deep with every man behind the ball when you are in possession it is going to reduce the attractiveness of the football.

I dont blame teams for doing it though, its the correct strategy.

Why Giggs on the right and valencia on the left and not the other way around?

I don't think the goalie, two centrebacks and a striker who barely got a game are much to do with how poor our midfield is tbh.

If that chu cho fella had any finishing ability he could be a star. Should have had two at least this game. United are defending terribly. We miss Rio or Vidic, missing their authority and leadership at the back. VDS too.

Ferguson needs to take a shít.

Apparently you were right! What a reader of body language you are. I doff my hat to your Sir

    From BBC.com

1859: And once the goal is given, Fergie is pictured trotting off down the tunnel. Has he been sent off? No. He's back now, the suspicion being that he may have been caught short. Meanwhile, Ryan Giggs replaces Ji-Sung Park.

Yeah and remember he had a great chance to equalise in the closing moments at Old Trafford at the start of the season? It was great play all the way till the finish......

Really? So you don't think that having a robust defence that can look after itself dictates the formation or mentality of the midfielders and the instructions given to them before the game?

Even assuming that's true, which it's not, we're not missing one player. We've spent the vast majority of the season playing without 4/5 of our strongest 11 from the last couple of seasons. Not 1 of the strongest 11, almost half.

In fairness this isn't really suited for Owen. Nothing on the deck and in behind.

Haven't seen the diouf lad but if he's an aerial threat he'd be more suited imo.

Iago is bang on the money here. The injury list is why ye are struggling, everything builds from having a solid defense.

Dominating a match at the home ground of one of the most inform teams with the best defence in the league without a good few key players and getting a point out of it is garbage?
