Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's already apparent how much we miss Song in the middle.

Traore certainly looks up for it though, in the space of about 30 seconds there he nearly cut Cahill in half and then almost took Neill's head off.

He must have something against Australians.

So far my fears have been confirmed, Arsenal just not with it today. Taking one touch too many, half a yard behind to the 50-50s and just not concentrating. Conceding early may actually be a good thing from an Arsenal p.o.v., should give them cause to up the ante before it gets too late.

Not to take from Everton though, apart from some dodgy clearances (Fellaini, wtf?) they are doing everything right so far.

I do not subscribe to it for I think it is a waste of money.

January's going to be a dark month for Arsenal, I'm afraid.

He should have just blemmed it

    Crap Gallas is down...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,455 ✭✭✭anplaya

if everton released a pass early there could have been 2 up,2 lads calling for the ball on far side, totally unmarked

edit:ffs gallas down, what happened t him there eh?

    Gallas so close for us

Decent response by Arsenal to the gaol so far.

Everton midfield sitting very far back leaving Donovan and Saha very isolated.

    Ooo Gallas looks bad.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,209 ✭✭✭Redzer7

    Whats wrong with William .

I'd say Gallas will be off!

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,209 ✭✭✭Redzer7

Yeah, the goal seems to have wakened them up. Game really coming alive now, starting to see some end to end stuff.

You'd be worried about Gallas though, looks like he's got a spasm in the back?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,949 ✭✭✭A Primal Nut

Both Arsenal defenders have had injuries. Paying the price now for having no decentbackup centre backs in the squad even though Sol Campbell is training with us and we could easily have him in the squad. He can't be any worse than Silvestre who may have to come on.:(

The performance so far makes me glad that the Bolton game was postponed.

I am guessing you are all UPC subscribers. Setanta costs €16 per month if you have Sky Digital.

That goal will do nicely even if it was lucky. Build on from here.

see?a bit too hasty me thinks.i never can write em off, they can score a goal just like that

    Osman on for a hat-trick. :p

    Arsenal lucky with the deflection.

    Who predicted 5-5?

Been very stop-start so far with the injuries.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,097 ✭✭✭DenMan

    Phew!!! We needed that.

Denilson (slight nick of Osman I believe)

    1-1

    Game on.

I Didn't even notice Eduardo was playing until Martin said he was down injured :o.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,983 ✭✭✭leninbenjamin

    Now Eduardo went down...

Wonder is it the cold? Cold weather can really aggravate soft tissue, so any small muscle strains or that could be amplified big time.

This ref is mad, he's letting absolutely everything go.

Fair play Denilson. If you don't shoot you don't score (even if it was a massive honking deflection).

Yep but, it's free at home with the local cable company my parents use! Dirty sky fuckers!

    What a terrible goal...lovely stuff :D

lol at the commentators, "Great to see a referee not interrupt the flow." How the f*ck do the broadcasters pick these guys?

Fellani must be thinking it's still Christmas.

Will die of shock if Fellani doesn't en up with a yellow.

Everton really horsing Arsenal out of it here - the ref "letting the game flow" is a disaster for the gooners.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,094 ✭✭✭Joeyjoejoe43

Got out of jail there... ****in hell
