Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Are you sure about this?

    Are you sure about this?

I have not checked it. That is what the BBC have up on their site.

EDIT: Seems to be a misprint from the BBC as I cant find any source to say otherwise. I did however find out that Malaga have signed Caicedo from Man City on loan until to end of season. Didnt know that!

Only 1 win in their last 5 at home for Sevilla, but Racing have lost 3 of their last 4 away from home. A draw could be on the cards here. Sevilla still missing a number of players including Navas which is a big blow.

Valladolid are a decent side at home and Atleti have only picked up 5 points away from home this season. Will Aguero come back into the team? Valladolid will get something from this game imo.

Villarreal's form has picked up over the last few weeks. Difficult to beat at home and should make it 6 out of their last 6 at home today.

Dont forget that Mallorca are Florentino Perez bogey team. Under his first spell in charge of Real Madrid they played Mallorca 16 times ending in 7 wins apiece and 2 draws.

    Valladolid lineup:
Villar, Pedro López, Luis Prieto, Nivaldo, Marcos, Borja, Pelé, Nauzet, Cannobio, Bueno, Diego Costa

Im a fan of Diego Perotti

    good little player

Lads in the studio saying Chelsea, Barca, Real and Sevilla have all being making enquiries about the lad (Canales). Very interesting that his contract is up at the end of the season. Sounds complicated being 50% owned by Racing and 50% by Deportivo.

They were two cheeky finishes from Canales.

1-2 at home , shocking result but sadly expected.

Again for the 3rd season in a row our little blip which is 15 points dropped at home to teams we hammer away.

Again those 15 points had we gained them would ahve us top or thereabouts.

so i shall settle for 3rd albeit a bit later than usual in the season :(

Valencia: Sanchez Cesar, Bruno, Jeremy Mathieu, Alexis, David Navarro, Carlos Marchena, Ever Banega, Joaquin, David Silva, Juan Mata, David Villa.

Team to play Xerez... This is a great chance for them to open up a considerable gap in 3rd spot. Valencia have the best away record in La Liga and Xerez have only picked up 5pts at home.

Christ! commentators just said that Xerex starting 11 has not scored a single goal between them this season and that David Villa has more goals this season than the entire Xerez team who only have 6!

    He looks a top player.

Very impressive last season and seems to have continued it this season.

    Wouldnt mind him at United.

For all Valencia's financial troubles they have managed to hold on to all the talent in fairness to them.

The only player of quality who has left was Raul Albiol to Real Madrid.

They really do have a wealth of talent in their squad.

    Interesting game.

Ramos and Lass suspended. Pepe injured and Garay carrying a knock. And Real have not been playing well. Although Mallorca have been poor away from home.

Mallorca took more points at the Bernabéu in the past decade than any other team including Barcelona! Mallorca are also Florentino Perez bogey team from his first spell in charge. So if history is anything to guy by we could be in for a shock.
